After the session, Heena will assess whether the 2-Day Full Course is the right next step for you. Suitable candidates will be invited to apply. There is no pressure — the session is genuinely about helping you understand the path ahead.

Can I attend the Discovery Session more than once?

Yes. If you feel you need more time before deciding, you are welcome to attend another session. Each session covers the same core content but Heena tailors the conversation to whoever is in the room.

What does the 2-Day Full Course cover?

The course covers everything you need to walk into a cabin crew interview with confidence: grooming and presentation, body language, communication and English fluency, mock interviews with real feedback, airline-specific preparation, and personal coaching on your individual weaknesses. It runs 6 hours per day — 12 hours total.

How many students are in the 2-Day Full Course?

Maximum 10 students per batch. This is a deliberate choice — every student receives personal attention and direct feedback from Heena, not generic group advice.

Is the course live or recorded?

The 2-Day Full Course is fully live and interactive. It is not a pre-recorded programme. Recording policy will be confirmed at the time of batch confirmation.

Where does the course take place?

Is selection into the Full Course guaranteed after the Discovery Session?

No. Heena reviews each applicant individually. The course is kept small intentionally, so not every Discovery Session attendee will be invited to the Full Course. This ensures every student who joins is ready to make the most of it.

Do I choose Aviation or Hospitality when I apply?

Yes — this is one of the first things you select on the application form. Your batch is then built specifically around that industry: Aviation batches focus on airline interview formats, cabin crew grooming standards, and carrier-specific expectations. Hospitality batches focus on hotel and resort interview formats, guest service etiquette, and luxury employer standards. You will not be placed in a mixed batch.

Can I switch tracks after applying?

If you change your mind before your batch is confirmed, contact Heena directly at heena@softskillstudios.com and she will do her best to accommodate the change. Once a batch is confirmed and payment is made, switching tracks is subject to availability.

Do I need prior experience in aviation or hospitality?

No prior experience is required. The course is designed for first-time applicants as well as those who have attended interviews before and want to improve.

My English is not very strong. Can I still join?

Yes. Improving English communication is one of the core focuses of the programme. Heena works with students at all levels and gives personal, practical feedback — not just theory.

Is there an age requirement?

No. Selection depends entirely on the employer and the candidate's performance on the day. Soft Skill Studios prepares you to the highest standard — but no training programme can guarantee a hiring decision. What we can guarantee is that you will walk in more prepared, more confident, and more polished than you were before.
