Heena Mousdell
Heena has spent over a decade working in and around aviation and hospitality — as a cabin crew member, a trainer, and a coach. She has sat on both sides of the interview table and knows exactly what selectors are looking for.
She founded Soft Skill Studios because she kept seeing the same thing: talented, motivated candidates failing interviews not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked preparation. The right posture. The right answer structure. The right confidence.
Every programme at Soft Skill Studios is designed and delivered by Heena personally. When you join a batch, you are learning directly from someone who has done the job — not a generic trainer reading from a slide deck.

Live Practice, Not Just Theory
You will do mock interviews, receive real-time feedback, and practise grooming and body language in a safe, supportive environment. Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it under pressure.
Small Batches, Personal Attention
With a maximum of 10 students per batch, Heena can give every participant direct, honest feedback. You will not be lost in a crowd of 30.
